− Needs a bit of upgrade. Not many utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook. Ironing board was not up to scratch. If you want shower products, look behind the mirror where they'll be hiding. Beds were pretty hard

8.0The location is very good. Within walking distance to New Market. The parking space is private and easy.
− The maintenance of the room can be done better than now. Like this time the room I stay, some area the wall is broken - need to be repainted.
Only a hop away from the Spark arena
8.0Such a great central location and well set out spacious apartment. Kids had a great time plenty of space for them to play. Easy parking. We took the kids to a show at teh spark arena and found it great distance and close to other shops and restaurants. Kids enjoed watching the cars go past on the motorway!
− Only fault was the carpet in the bedrooms was very stained and dirty a real put off, yuck.

− Just the beds, very hard. Grandkids also found them too firm
Good location to Newmarket shops and restaurants.
8.0Location, what was provided in the room, having parking onsite.
− The carpet was quite stained in places. We showed this to the manager as we didn’t want to lose our bond due to it. Paying a $300 seemed a bit steep too.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.
Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.
If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.
This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.
