On the whole ok.
7.0No breakfast supplied. Facilities were ok except for the two broken chairs that were replaced whilst we were out for the day.
− There was no chopping board for use in the kitchen. Also no wine glasses supplied.

− The carpet was very marked and looked dirty, the space felt very tired.
I will definitely be back now I have experienced the Edgerley. Can’t wait. experienced this
10.0Spotless suite, Carol on reception is absolutely charming and so efficient. She quickly sorted out my need to extend my stay with minimum fuss and made me feel valued and respected and of course the location is brilliant.
− More teabags and milk would be nice. ☺️

8.0Great location, a couple mins walk to 277 / Newmarket. Comes with free parking so it is great if you're driving. There is construction nearby but even with my balcony facing the work I didn't hear anything.
Close to Newmarket Westfield, dirty carpet. Needs some upgrades.
2.0The location is the only thing going for this place! Beds were reasonably comfy too.
− From arrival, you could tell this was an overseas run accommodation. There is no reception - it’s run out of an apartment. The “receptionist” was having an argument on the phone with someone about their bond. I did feel sorry for her but straight away my radar was up. The carpet in the hotel was just disgusting- stains everywhere and dirty. The kind of clientele coming and going was a real worry. Really rough. A dog barked the whole time we stayed. SPCA even visited to check on the dog.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.
Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.
If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.
This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.
