− Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working properly, housekeeping was below standard, and the elevator situation was unacceptable. Only one elevator was working, and it was constantly crowded due to Sky Bar visitors. Later, none of the elevators were operational. The hotel should keep at least one elevator exclusively for residents. Overall, poor service and facilities, and I would not recommend this hotel.

9.0מיקום נהדר, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, צוות אדיב ושירותי שעושה הכל כדי לסייע
− מעלית אחת בלבד פעלה (השנייה היתה תקולה). המתנה של כ 7-10 דקות למעלית. בשעות הערב (כאשר מגיעים אנשים לבר שנמצא בגג המלון) זה יכול להיות גם 20 דקות.
Joli hôtel et Bien situé et propre
8.0L emplacement idéal, l'hôtel est très bien situé, juste dans le centre ville
− Attente Ascenseur trop long à cause du bar ouvert aux autres personnes externes de l'hôtel d'où beaucoup d'attente et climatisation assez inefficace

− They have two elevators one of them isn’t working and the other one takes years to reach you! Also, you can hear all the noise from Gran Via like you’re sitting in the middle of them.

6.0I loved the convenience of the location and the size apt we had.
− The noise from other balconies at 2- 3 am. Had to contact the front desk about the noise. The telephone in room didnt work. The elevator was down luckily there was another but with the Sky bar upstairs it was a long wait to have the elevator come down and up.
