I am also extremely frustrated that the hotel is denying me breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. The hotel cannot charge me extra for something I already reserved and paid for, nor can they deny me a benefit included in my booking. Please review my reservation and intervene with the hotel immediately. I expect Booking.com to honor the original reservation terms and resolve this matter promptly
