Good hotel overall, but the lack of air conditioning during the heat made our stay less comfortable.
9.0Overall, we had a good impression of the hotel. It is spacious, clean and very well located, making it convenient for exploring Berlin. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which were a nice addition to our stay.
− The main issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working during very hot weather, around 35°C. At first, we were told the hotel was fully booked, although rooms were still available online. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but we had to move everything ourselves without any assistance. We expected better service from a five-star hotel.
