Very nice, but...
8.0Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly.
− If breakfast is paid then everything should be free. Don't offer extras... When I arrived they told me I got an "upgrade" which was actualy a big DOWNGRADE. Don't get me wrong.... suite was fantastic BUT, it is located on top of the TUBE, so the room is shaking and noisy every 2 minutes. Crazy and you can't sleep like this. But if you are willing to wait until 1AM you can since the tube stops operating for a few hours.... Anyway , they changed our suite to a regular room, which was smaller but very nice. The only thing bad in this room was an extra bed which was super small like from some shelter, which is not good for a 4star hotel.

9.0We were upgraded to a family room which was a lovely treat. Beds very comfy,very clean everywhere and very pleasant staff.
− Bar closed early, came back from the theatre and hoped to get one drink.
