− reception is not helpful and are not willing to even try to help, i had 2 rooms one for me and my wife and the other one for my kids but they separated us and they didn't even try to find closer rooms. The AC was not working all the time. Helping with luggage to taxi was not an option either I had to do it alone.The bathtub is slippery. no accessory in the toilets.

10.0The Hotel location is the best, on the main road of the most wanted area Oxford Street Room is excellent and view was marvelous on Marbel Arch Reached all my plaaned location soo easy Breakfast was excellent and i record all to book with it
