− The rooftop restaurant charges an exorbitant up front fee, and when we didn’t spend it all in the first night refused to give us credit to spend it another day. Not very guest friendly…

10.0This hotel is a quiet, luxurious escape in the middle of the hustle and bustle of wonderful Mexico City. The staff were so warm and friendly, always happy to provide tips on the city. Rooms were immaculately clean and well maintained.

10.0One of the best hotels in town. Location is the best. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rodrigo is such a sweet person and Pedro is so helpful. Very accommodating and friendly.

10.0Outstanding views of the city and excellent and very friendly service. Highly recommended. We will come back next time we are in town. Kudos to Ernesto our server in today’s breakfast.
