− I had a box of jewelry, mainly gold-plated earrings. the entire box went missing unexpectedly, which was very concerning. And Breakfast had limited variety.One day, we arrived a few minutes before closing, but the staff member was quite aggressive and told us it was closed while other guests were still eating. Asking for our room number in that tone also felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
