Das Hotel war sonst sehr gut, die Lage super und der Service auch sehr gut.

− Leider hatten wir pech da die Aufzüge nach dem 2. Tag nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Wir mussten die Aufzügen vom Service benutzen und das dauerte sehr lange wir mussten ewigs warten da wir im 19. Stock waren.

− El elevador duro 1 día completo en mantenimiento y otro día solo funcionaba uno, nos teníamos que mover por el elevador de servicio y era insuficiente para todos los huéspedes.
