− No brindan botellas de agua de cortesía, ni cafe, no es algo obligatorio pero normalmente en cualquier hotel incluso airbb te dejan una botella de agua.

9.0La ubicación estuvo excelente, la cama estuvo excelente, es una zona muy segura, el personal del hotel, la infraestructura, el internet tenia buen funcionamiento, pude trabajar y mi estancia fue sumamente comoda.
− Que el lavaba estaba fuera del baño, nada personal funcionaba muy bien y el baño estaba muy bien.

9.0El personal fue muy amable. Las instalaciones son limpias. Servicio de guarda equipaje previo al check up. No revisión de habitación en el check out.
− Solo el detalle de la tarjeta llave para abrir la puerta nos hizo batallar. El wifi en el piso 9 muy malo. El resto muy bien. Servicio de Tv puede mejorar,
