7.0The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
− There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which was disappointing as most hotels usually provide them. When I asked about this, I was told that these amenities are only included in the superior rooms. We were given bottled water only on the day of check-in. After that, if we wanted more water, we had to purchase it from the minibar, where a 1-litre bottle cost €6. In the end, we bought our water from a nearby supermarket instead.
