7.0Comfortable & spacious room with lovely view of the park.. Good kitchen area with appliances. Great location with easy walking distance to Sydney harbour and sights.
− The bathroom exhaust fan is permantly on and can be quite noisy at night, even with the door closed. I had to ask twice for more room supplies.
Excellent location. Property is showing signs of aging and could benefit from re-firbishing.
7.0Excellent location near Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The size of the room was good. The kitchen facilities were good. The check-in staff were efficient and helpful.
− Whilst clean, the property is show signs of aging. The paint work, skirtings, and the bathroom in particular are showing signs of use & aging.

− The room and bathroom did not seem very clean and kind of looked a bit run down. Pictures on booking.com did not accurately represent the room we stayed in unfortunately.

3.0The hotel was close to tram stations and bus stations and easy to walk to places you needed to go
− It was not what was advertised the room we stayed in was old and hadn’t been renovated in a long time, the bathroom was not great ventilation was terrible shower was old shower curtain sucked. We stayed for 5 nights and not once was towels or bath mat or washcloths replaced and no extra toilet paper was given we always had to ask. The balcony was tiny couldn’t fit more than one chair out there comfortably. Tv couldn’t face the bed the fridge was turned off when we got there and milk was left in there unrefrigerated. Hotel parking was a joke no discounted price for guest parking super expensive. The hotel room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com just old and outdated and the smell was musky because there is no ventilation in the bathroom.
