7.0Conveniently located close to train and restaurants.
− Unfortunately the highway sounded like it was in our living room. Sound proof glazing is much needed.
Perfect hotel
10.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived in Sydney (24/08/2026) very early in the morning, and she (Asian girl) was able to arrange an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. Everything was well organised and the staff made me feel very welcome. It made my trip to Sydney even more enjoyable.
− The location is a little far from the main city centre, but it is still walkable and there is a tram stop nearby, which is very convenient. At night, I preferred to use Uber, especially when coming back late. Overall, this was only a small issue and did not affect my enjoyable stay.
Large and comfortable apartments.
7.0We had two rooms - a 2 bed and a 1 bed apartment. They were both very spacious. The 1 bed was on the dark side of the building which was a little glum, but the apartment was really big. The 2 bed was bright and big. The rooms were great and comfortable and had good features with movies, coffee mnachine and a large fridge.
− Bathrooms and kitchen quite dated and the lifts were slow. One side of the apartments is very dark.

7.0− Na 15 uur moesten we nog steeds wachten op ons appartement terwijl we juist gevraagd hadden of we er eerder in konden ivm onze vroege aankomst. Dat dat niet kon ok maar dan wil je er wel in op de tijd die in de papieren stond

8.0Location was great! Have stayed here before about 15 years ago so knew it was easily accessible.
− Place could do with a touch up, a little paint, new tapware etc.
