− I was disappointed, that when we entered our room the bathroom had maintenance carried out and it hadn't been cleaned up. The reception staff moved us to another room straight away. Obviously a breakdown in communication.

− The carpets were very dirty , showers had mould around the glass and access to the rooms was difficult

Very good except for the lack of handrail to assist getting in and out of the bath.

− The shower was in the bath and there was no handrail to assist in getting in and out of the bath which made doing this hazardous.
