Fantastic hospitality, but the Taxi fare was a Rip-Off
10.0I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Umbral. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only thing I didn’t like was the taxi service offered by the hotel. I was charged $650 MXN for a basic sedan ride to Benito Juárez International Airport, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was just my son and me, and the price felt like a complete rip-off for such a short trip in a standard vehicle. I hope the hotel considers reviewing the pricing of this service, as it is excessively expensive for the type of car provided. Aside from that, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

Everyone we encountered was helpful, hospitable and always had great suggestions.(Felix from the front office was very helpful and professional, our maid (unfortunately didn’t get her name was excellent… detailed oriented. Top notch. Hotel is a MUST in CDMX

4.0Shower tiles wereshooting water up at us. Maintenance "fixed" the problem but had the same issue for the rest of our stay.
