10.0Wir waren schon in vielen wirklich guten Hotels, vom Waldorf Astoria bis zum Taschenbergpalais, das Zoo Hotel war aber vor allem im Bereich Service und Freundlichkeit unübertroffen. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.
