6.0La experiencia fue nuy regular. La habitación estaba muy fría, solicité cobijas y nunca las llevaron. También tuve problemas con el room service. Al parecer tumbaron mi plato, y no tenía ingredientes suficientes para prepararlo nuevamente. Tuve que cambiar por otro plato, el cual estaba muy salado. No me lo pude comer todo.

2.0Había chinches de bajo de los colchones. Terminamos todos picoteados. Incluso una niña de 3 años que llevábamos. No nos resolvieron nada. Más aparte utilizan ese hotel para hacer entregas de productos ilícitos. Y los que están de encargados no resuelven nada y no ven lo que está pasando dentro del hotel. Nuestra última noche ya no estuvimos ahí. Sin embargo nunca hubo devolución de dinero o compensación. Muy mal todo
