9.0Convenience and close to the venue

The convenience of location did not out weigh all the extra costs.
4.0Proximity to UT
− Extremely expensive parking, expensive breakfast, pool closed early no hot tub, no coffee and water available all day, rooms are very worn and old, tub didn’t drain, no microwave, fridge was on its last leg.

2.0Do not stay here. When you leave they slap on a $213 parking fee for staying there. Nobody told me it was not written anywhere. Horrible thing to do. At Check in someone should have said oh by the way it’s $38 to park here every night no worries rooms are already expensive. I will never be staying there again and let everyone know how shady that is. Also every day we caught and killed roaches in our room. We left a live one for housekeeping who killed and got rid of it. I get Texas has bugs but if your going to charge premium rates then screw someone over parking every night you probably shouldn’t have bugs.
