Excellent treatment
10.0The airline moved my flight and I was not able to comunicate with the hotel, neither I arrived on time to make the check in. At first they told me I could not get a room, but the barman remembered me (I am a frequent customer) and when Angel (reception) realized, he made a huge effort to give me a room and hold the price I had at first. Excellent service!
Stay and breakfast
10.0Great place to stay after a long flight. We were able to check in 2 hours early, which is very convenient. The next day we had breakfast and had an amazing experience with the help of Salvador & Moises. Top notch service and amazing food available. We will be back thanks to the great people at this hotel and over all experience.
