10.0The property is just walking distance from many restaurants, shopping, and pharmacies. From the balcony in the suite we chose, you can see the Zócalo plaza and hear the shows nearby without even having to leave the room. The managers of the hotel were beyond accommodating, they even offered to send us bananas and bread to our room before our flight out. All the staff were the sweetest and soo helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so at home in a city I’ve never been to.
Luxury boutique hotel experience.
10.0The staff were extremely attentive and the service was excellent. The room perfectly fulfilled our hopes for a boutique hotel in Mexico City. We were glad we booked a suite with a bath - it was so nice to relax after a day of activity. Note - this hotel is on a busy mall near the cathedral. The soundproofing is excellent. But it is noisy if you open the balcony doors.

10.0I was treated like royalty. Everyone was so kind. I especially appreciated the treats that we received each night around 7 pm. Unexpected and delicious! The wine that I was given upon arrival was incredible. I slept so well that I extended my stay to ensure I did the touristy things on my list. It’s right in the middle of everything. Very walkable. The on site restaurant was very convenient, but there’s lots of incredible restaurants all around. Highly recommend.

10.0The most welcoming experience I ever had from a hotel. Location is absolutely perfect, and the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs. Perfect! Speaking of the restaurant, the food… my goodness the food is so good! The property is clean and feels so upscale. I will return again and feel great knowing this hotel will be there waiting for me.
