10.0We loved the conscience of this hotel and 95% of the staff were incredible! Only issue was with a car for a night that ended up only being for a few hours! Staff went out of way to help fix and take care of issues- we blew the fuse and the dryer stopped working all fixed very quickly.

10.0I think we have stayed her before and will certainly do again. Location is excellent just metres from Wynyard station and minutes from circular quay. Plenty of eating opportunities close by including two just outside the front door.. Nice balcony as well. Pleasant staff. We didnt use the housekeeping service. No breakfast but plenty of coffee places and convenience stores around.

6.0We arranged to check in 30 mins earlier and then the room was not ready when we arrived, and then was still not ready when the original standard check in time arrived.

6.0We weren't informed that the renovations happening outside of our 2 windows. Being on the 9th floor they wete using cranes and lifts passing our windows. Yes we could close the curtains, but being informed would be nice. Lots of screeming from the street, which you have no control of. In general place was nice. Regarding cleaning i would recommend the cleaners to open every cabinet and draw. (Box of condoms let in one of the cabinets, and empty bottle in the rubbish bin)...
