− Cambio de fechas por organizador y que los tenía de sede, ya que tuve que pagar una tarifa más cara y terminaron realizando mi cambio sin considerar wl desayuno.
Hotel/staff great, excluding kids for breakfast as part of your stay negatively impacts experience.

− The booking stated breakfast was included but no where did it say the "Breakfast included- except your kids". If you are going to promote breakfast is included as part of your stay, then be clear that does not include your kids. Who in their right mind would think you are excluding the kids when you clearly booked as 2 adults + 2 children.

6.0La ubicación ya que mi visita fue por un concierto en la arena CDMX y el gym
− Falta de atención en el bar a la hora de pedir bebidas un día por la tarde no había nadie en barra y tardaron un montón de tiempo en llegar tuve que pedir servicio y aún así se tardaron no tenían un jugo y fueron a hacerlo más no me avisaron simplemente desaparecieron hasta que llegó otra persona y ella nos atendió meo tras la otra llegaba sin saber nada tampoco de la primera compañera y otra cosa la camarera una ocasión me presionó para entrar a hacer limpieza a mi recámara porque ella se iba a las 2.30 pm a lo que le dije que no había problema que se fuera !!! En otra ocasión pasó lo mismo pero me dijo esperaría tuve que apurarme ya que le dije salía en 8 min claramente tardé un poco más y ella estaba afuera de mi habitación esperando a que saliera eso no me gustó ya que es presión y claramente estoy en un hotel y fui a por vacaciones y para eso pagué no para que me presionen porque salen a las 2:30 pm además pedía toallas de cuerpo para baño ya que yo siempre necesito 2 y otra para mí Esposo pues la primera vez jamás llegó la toalla solicitada a recepción al día sig solicité de nuevo y por fin llegó de ahí en delante ya me dejaban las tres toallas de cuerpo sin embargo las dos toallas de faciales también faltaban hasta los últimos dos días ya me las dejaron de los cuales estuve 1 semana completa en cuanto a la limpieza si la hacían bien y lo reconozco !!! La comida del restaurante la verdad le doy un 7 de lo que probé solo el club sándwich me encantó de ahí en delante nada más sin sazón !! La cerveza que pedí encantó el bar estaba caliente por decir así !! La 2 da noche necesite prender la calefacción y no funcionaba llamé a recepción y mandaron un técnico de Mtto y lo solucionó sin embargo el deber ser es que todo esté en completo orden y funcionando !!! Ya que yo pagué tal cual la tarifa establecida y no solicité ningún descuento !!! La TV falló al 3 día ya no funcionó ningún canal de inicio solo la publicidad del hotel y el control sin pilas funcionando !!!
