Agradable en general, pero la recepción deja un poco que desear en relación a la atención al cliente.

− Había reservado con meses de anticipación pidiendo una recámara que estuviera en un piso alto y con vista. La persona que me hizo la reservación me confirmó que sería posible y que tendría una “bonita vista”. Cuando llegué me dieron una recámara en el 2o piso y con vista a la pared. No sé si fue sarcástica la respuesta que tuve de la primera persona. En recepción no quisieron hacerse cargo de lo que habían acordado. No tuve, en absoluto, luz natural.
