Elevators and restroom didn't work.
1.0The staff was friendly
− I get there and they said my room is ready and it's on the 4th floor and the elevators didn't work. So, I would need to take the stairs but if I wait half hour, I can get a room on the 2nd floor. Still have to take stair and I had a lot of luggages. I even asks if I could use the restroom and they said that was out of order as well. I cancel my reservation and went to the Hilton Garden Inn instead and I called to make sure there elevators work.
