− There was no slip protection in the bathroom so i fell in the bathtub and hit my head. It would be really dangerous.

− We had no hot water most of our stay Told manager about it and maintenance didn’t turn up we only had 2 Luke warm showers the whole 3 days 2 night stay! It was a freezing winter Melbourne weekend too! Obviously an issue with the hot water system but no exchange of a room was offered as they were fully booked out and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience of the problem . Very disappointing .
Had an amazing stay and will definitely book again. It is our go to place for accommodation.
9.0Usually when I stay with my daughter, we share a one bedroom apartment, this time we were given a two bedroom, The location is central to the theatre district and shopping.
