8.0A good sized apartment in a great location
− The only thing was the bath with the shower in it. Getting in was a little difficult as I had mobility issues.Perhaps a stool would have been handy
Great location in the heart of the city.
7.0The location was great, very close to all of the places we wanted to visit in the 2 days we were in Melbourne. I would stay here again.
− Unfortunately I had request one of the 2 bedrooms to be setup with single beds and they were both setup with queen beds. As we were there on two nights my two 20+yo sons shared one of the queen beds. Fortunately I didn't pay the extra $30 at check-in for the setup of two single beds.

− It was noisy through the night, however there was a thunderstorm the night I stayed which may have contributed to the noise.
lovely people but tired rooms
6.0The lady at reception was just lovely and fun, sharing jokes and fun with my excited 10 year old. She was pleasant in each interaction.
− The room was tired, and the couch and carpet wasn't very clean, the linen on the bed was very clean and overall we had a pleasant stay
