10.0I m a regular guest at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. Always nice to come back. The location is very good, very central (if this term can be applied to Bangkok ;-). The General Manager, Mr. Robert Wittebrood is a great and excellent manager, a great leader for many years. And this shows especially by his leading personnel. Would like to mention this time Mr. Emre R.M and Mr. Ae. Thery provided excellent service. The executive lounge provides good service and quality.
Consistently Exceptional Service — My Go-To Hotel in Bangkok
10.0Whenever I travel to Bangkok for business, The Westin is always my hotel of choice, and once again, I was not disappointed. The service is consistently fantastic, and the team always makes each stay comfortable and effortless. A special mention and sincere thanks to Denis at Reception for his exceptional assistance during my recent stay. I had to make some last-minute transport arrangements, and he handled everything seamlessly, making the entire process completely hassle-free. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, efficiency and willingness to help. It is this consistent level of genuine service that keeps me coming back to The Westin whenever I am in Bangkok. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

10.0I had such a wonderful experience! The breakfast was truly outstanding some of the best authentic Indian dishes I’ve had in a long time. Beyond the incredible food, the Chef Sachin’s hospitality really stood out. He is such a kind, warm, and welcoming person, which made the whole meal feel extra special. I highly recommend visiting for both the flavors and the fantastic service!
