7.0This was reasonably priced with secure parking in a good location
− The apartment was worn and needs updating, the entrance to the shower is small. Very noisy at night both from street noise and either other residents or people on street screaming and fighting.
Overall we loved the place. But the cost is too high.
9.0The location was very convenient as I visited adelaide to drop my daughter for higher education.
− Sometimes, there were disturbance outside, and was unable to relax. Eg. The noise of the cleaning equipment, the sounds of adjoining apartment
