8.0We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was quite spacious and nice to have an actual lounge to sit in with friends. Also 2 toilets so that was a bonus. The room had some age and could probably do with a refresh, otherwise suffice. In the middle of everything so a great location and would definitely recommend if you want to be near everything as well as access to the sky train to get around if you need to go further!

One of the best for first time travellers
10.0There are so many things I love about Arnoma. this my third or fourth time staying with Arnoma and the quality has always been amazing. The staff are always kind and friendly, and housekeeping is always so accommodative with extra requests, especially since this was my first time travelling without my parents and was quite clueless on many things but they were very patient with me and explained the options I had. I had written on the coaster for extra pillows and blanket for my friend but I forgot to put the quantity and when we returned to the room, they gave all 3 of us 2 extra pillows and a fleece blanket each! They are also very attentive. When they realise there were 3 of us in the room, they gave us extra water and toiletries. Even my picky friends were impressed!
BIG n Good location but…
8.0Great location with very good room size. Easy accessibility to other major malls. The staffs are friendly and helpful during our stay and its a breeze to check in and out. Improvements needed for the furnitures and facilities which are slightly old. The lighting could be better if using white lights instead of the yellow ones that makes the whole place feeling more worn out. The power plugs access is poorly located and hard to reach location. Not very user friendly for current generation. The toilet is great with a big bathtub, but the plumbing have to improve especially the water mixer and the water heater which is always hard to control the hot water.
