8.0Ein schönes altes Hotel, hat Charme
− Der Aufzug, eher gefährlich als vertrauenswürdig, dann ging er einen ganzen Tag gar nicht mehr. Dann wurde auch einen Tag lang unser Zimmer nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher, kein Wasser, das war wirklich ärgerlich. Leider und das ist wirklich schade kann das Housekeeping Team nicht grüssen ist eine Kleinigkeit aber im 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich sowas

10.0Hotel and gardens beautiful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable time in celebrating our wedding anniversary. Thank you to everybody for making it a memorable occasion.

Good to know
All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.
Guests should specify their preference for bedding for any type of room prior to arrival. This includes requests for extra beds and the number of adults and children under 12 years old.
