8.0We had a lovely stay at Hotel ILUNION Bel Art. The room was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is great — easy to get around and access different parts of the city. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the stay!

2.0Service horrible. A Cuban yelled to me. They did not call the cab for me and lost the connection. We needed assistance for my elderly father was totally ignored. Horrible attitude. Some employees told me that the Cuban, the blond girl between them they are not happy working there. The Cuban man at the desk kept calling me Colombian while I am Costa Rican. They blame it ion the disssable people but it is their fault . Again, someone who works there said they are not happy with their job, maybe poorly paid … who knows!!
