− Reception staff very friendly though not very experienced and/or trained. Be aware that sleeping with open windows is hard as the surrouding is a quite loud environment.

10.0This is a hotel where I always feel comfortable. I am especially impressed with the breakfast, which is excellent. The staff is friendly, the rooms are not particularly large, but they are comfortable.
