8.0Nos gustó la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y la ubicación. Nos dejaron un albornoz con zapatillas para cada uno en el armario y los productos del baño eran de Rituals. El desayuno muy rico y siempre lleno, cuando se acababa algo venían pronto a reponerlo. El bar es muy agradable y tiene varios rincones muy bonitos.
− La habitación estaba bien pero para estar una semana se nos quedaba justa, ya que el sofá había que dejarlo siempre como cama para los niños y no teníamos mucho espacio. En las zonas comunes del hotel podrían poner algún rincón para niños, ya que van muchas familias. Echamos en falta en el desayuno el típico porridge y algo más de pan integral. Está bien ubicado con el metro pero si te gusta coger el bus queda bastante lejos de la zonas típicas del centro. La zona del rio es muy chula pero queda muy lejos en bus de otras zonas como Hyde Park (siempre que vayas a moverte por allí). Si vas sin niños muy pequeños yo valoraría mirar otras zonas mejor conectadas con lo típico. A nuestras niñas se les hizo muy cansado. Si son mayores no hay problema.

7.0Ótimo localização para quem está em turismo em Londres. Pequeno almoço com boa variedade e qualidade satisfatória.
− A limpeza não era muito boa. Ao entrar no quarto vimos manchas frescas de sangue na carpete pelo quarto fora. Foi limpo depois de comunicar a situação mas deixa muito a desejar em termos de cuidados. Acho que isto foi uma falha grave em termos de higiene e segurança.
