Slow elevators
6.0I came with the Barbie convention. Not only was the wait on elevators slow, the elevator controls stopped working for several floors. It happened to me on the 10th floor on the 4th day of my stay. The hotel did put uo signage for their freight elevators which were faster.

The hotel now offering daily stayover cleaning services (not just by request) for all occupied guest rooms. And a full cleaning for longer stays of four+ nights is conducted on the fifth day.
