7.0The Breakfast and the support at the reception when I had tourist questions.
− The air conditioning unit wasn't at. all user friendly and one of our nights at 2Am we awoke with the heat of the room the A/c crashed and the room was stuck on 25.5c, reported it the following Morning to the cleaning staff who couldn't couldn't work it out either she contacted reception and they arranged to have an engineer fix it , also the flashing light over the bed from the smoke alarm was very annoying and it wasn't customer friendly at all, the lighting of bathroom was only accessible from the bedside switch or on awitch panel when entering room, also the walk in shower floor has sunk a little as the water was existing out the entrance of the shower and required a towel to soak it up when ever using the facility. .
