VERY HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST
10.0Booked weeks in advance, we were initially a little shocked to find we had no rooms on arrival. However, compliments must be paid to the reception guy who was left with the job of telling us (although they had sent a text and email earlier that day - we hadn't seen these). There had been a water/electricity emergency affecting our rooms so they had transferred us to their sister hotel (the 4 star Rossello) at the eleventh hour. He provided us with coffee and cake, arranged a taxi (paid for by Evenia) and was most apologetic for the inconvenience.

9.0El hotel está en una zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio del Centro, con bares y restaurantes pero cerca de estaciones de metro. Las habitaciones son amplías y muy funcionales. El personal profesional y muy amable.
− No teníamos el desayuno incluido por lo que en recepción por la mañana confirmé que si que tomaríamos el desayuno buffet. El desayuno flojo y escaso, dado que era tarde pero dentro del horario de desayunos, y sin posibilidad de reponer ningún alimento que se veía que faltaba. Pero el precio lo pagamos íntegramente
