2.0− J’ai pris une chambre avec l’option climatisation mais elle ne marchait pas. Je leur ai demandé de me rembourser la différence de prix avec une chambre non climatisé. La réceptionniste est allée demander aux responsables qui nous a gentiment proposé de nous offrir le petit déjeuner. Le problème c’est qu’il était 10 heures passés et qu’il ne le servait plus. J’ai vraiment l’impression qu’on s’est moqué de moi.
