1.0− Very disappointing experience. Our phone was stolen in the hotel lobby, and the staff showed no willingness to help. They refused to check the security cameras or make any effort to assist us, and simply kept telling us to go to the police. We expected much better support in such a serious situation. I would not recommend this hotel because of the lack of care and assistance when guests need help

− Price, we ordered one big bed but got 2 separate beds, dusty floors on check in, sometimes room service put only 1 pack of towels for 2 persons, no disposable room slippers.
