A comfortable stay.
9.0Location was very convenient. The price is fair and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a superior double room and it was very nice, with coffee and tea, and iron. The AC is ok.
− I ordered room service. I understand that this is an external company but the hotel should still care if a customer has an issue with the food. I had a very bad reaction to possibly poke tuna not refrigerated properly. I am not allergic to anything and eat poke bowls often. I showed the receptionist photos of the large rashes all over my arms. I also had rash over the chest and back. I was ok after one hour because I stopped eating. But when I told the receptionists she just told me to tell the external company. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was comfortable.
