2.0The location was good.
− The staff was rude. We were welcomed by a person at the reception who didn't speak English at all which I find ridiculous if you work in hospitality. Not only was this person not able to communicate with us but looked annoyed by the fact that we didn't speak French and didn't make any efforts to help us with the language. Plus the bathtub in the bedroom was damaged, we reported this at the reception and we were told that a technician would come to fix it but nobody came.
