− I booked for 2 adults 1 child aged 17yrs old nearly adult and was expected to share a bed. We had to pay extra per night for a bed to be put in the room. I did think putting the child’s age at booking would have been taking into consideration when given a price. Extra money spent that we didn’t accommodate for.
Great visit. I highly recommend this hotel for families or couples.
10.0Great service, room cleaning of a high standard, nice swimming pool, functional gym. Very good location for moving around Bangkok and plenty of good restaurants within a short walking distance.

7.0Location was very good. Staff was warm.
− The property is a little old, and could do with some renovation. The lifts were small. We had a long power outage one evening, and though the staff moved us to Hilton for the night, we would have wished the power outage didn't happen.
