8.0Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, personnel agréable, logement propre. Petit déjeuner sympa et bien fourni.
− Les couloirs sont vraiment vétustes : les œuvres en graffiti sont sympas mais en trop grande quantité et les couloirs sont trop sombres. Le logement était aussi vétuste par endroit.

7.0la chambre était peu confortable (trop petite pour pouvoir faire le tour du lit, et dans ses proportions elle parait écrasante, mais dans l'ensemble l'appartement était correcte.
− Le vide du grand salon, et les proportions de la petite chambre. La salle de bain mériterait aussi une rénovation.
