1.0− Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les chambres sont vieilles, ça sent mauvais et les canapés sont tachés. Aucun entretien n'a été effectué et, dans les couloirs, les plafonds s'effondrent. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible : nous avons dû nous serrer avec mes enfants dans un seul lit, car le canapé était taché d’une couleur marron dont nous ne savons pas d’où elle venait. La chambre est sombre ; ils y ont installé un éclairage jaune pour masquer les défauts. Nous avons dû annuler la deuxième nuit. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Booking le maintient dans la liste des réservations. Nous n’avons pas été les seuls à partir pour chercher un autre hôtel. Il n’y a rien à améliorer, il faut le fermer pour qu’on y effectue les travaux nécessaires.

6.0La réception ouverte tout le temps permets d'arriver à n'importe qu'elle heure de la journée ou la nuit pour pouvoir récupérer les clés. Emplacement proche des moyens de transport (bus, métro, tram) ce qui permet de circuler librement dans Lyon. Hall d'entrée propre et personnel accueillant. Idéal pour 1 nuit ou 2.

Bon séjour, très pratique pour nous.
