10.0El personal tanto de recepción como del desayuno muy simpaticos y atentos. En recepción hay 2 o 3 personas que hablan español. Su trato con el cliente particularmente Hakima una chica marroquí que ha vivido en España. Se nota que les gusta su ciudad, Lyon y te transmiten con su información el sentiment que tienen y consiguen que a ti te guste igual. Buena situación, muy cerca de la estación de tren, con tiendas y sitios para comer cerca. Cama muy còmoda, baño correctisimo, desayuno perfecto y bueno. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Lyon repetiré. Gracias a todos por hacer que la estància haya sido perfecta

First impression of the building did not do it justice and I would definitely stay here again.

− From the front of the building it didn’t look great but once inside it was excellent.
