− too expensive for it's quality, some staff members need training in customer service. On the day we came in (August 11, 18:00-19:00) the reception guy was very rude and had a horrible french stereotypical attitude, he was talking to us as if we were annoying, he was refusing to answer our questions about simple things. horrible attitude for a first impression. Then we got to the room #345 you could HEAR and FEEL the VIBRATION of the elevator. The door into bathroom was getting stuck all the time because of airflow. we called a guy from maintenance and he said "just push hard it's ok". We asked for a room change because of those inconveniences and the price we were given was 900€ per night... Overall horrible experience and horrible first impression.

− La climatizaci[n de la habitación, no refrescaba mucho con el calor que hacía ese día en BCN y la temperatura de la habitación era más bien alta para nuestro gusto. A pesar de bajar la temperatura de la habitación no conseguimos que esta estuviera a nuestro gusto
