Me gustó la ubicación del edificio y que tengan acceso directo al súper

− - No envían instrucciones para el check in - El departamento estaba sucio y encontramos cucarachas - Varios zócalosw despegados y humedad en todo el piso Creo que podrían arreglar esto para mejorar la experiencia.

− The apt was not well equipped with things for the kitchen , the lighting was horrible no AC and it was hot , the apt had a gas leak that we had to tell them twice to fix it And it was always a weird smell in it Will not recommend anyone to stay there

− La empresa que lo administra debería definir su concepto de negocio. O es un departamento completo, para rentar por booking o es un hotel. No brindan estacionamiento, pero lo peor del caso, es que el departamento no tiene nada de lo esencial para vivirlo. No tiene jabon para lavar los platos, no tiene ni un trapo para secar los platos, no tiene aire acondicionado. Ya no tiene alberca o no se sabe, ya que la señorita de recepción responde con monosílabos a las preguntas. La persona de recepción nunca está, y hay que llamarle. El mobiliario en la sala, es de muy baja calidad, se percibe barato.

− When i arrived, the location sent by the manager was wrong, and i lasted around 1 hour to get in. The apartment wasn’t clean. I found hairs on the blankets before going to sleep, it was smelly, and the floor was totally dirty. I had to purchase blankets, towels….The manager refused to accept it was dirty, and after several back and forth discussion, he finally sent someone to clean it the next day. On another note, the building doesn’t allow you to use the amenities so you have to ask security to let you in (you get no access). The manager disrespectfully contacted me to complain about noise when i wasn’t doing any noise. The showers don’t work well, the water runs very cold or very warm. This is by far one of the worst place i’ve ever stayed.

− No clear signage. No answer on 6 calls trying to find the property. No reception staff. Pillows terrible, impossible to sleep. Run down, needs attention.
