8.0Spacious living area. Mostly good kitchen set up
− Bathroom very small so shower water spreads over floor. Only shelf for toothbrush etc was above toilet or in cupboards also above toilet

8.0Good location, close to transport, restaurants, Room was a good size. Nice to have the Nespresso and coffee pods, thank you! Kitchen was well equipped with everything. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
− TV is very small! In the shower, there was no body lotion, so was possibly not checked and refilled. Only one sachet of washing up liquid was not enough for 4 days stay. Happily though someone cleaning the room nearby was kind enough to provide more.

10.0Everything. Excellent, clean and big room with well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Great that there's a laundry on each floor

8.0The unit did not have an adequate kitchen cooking items. I has to contact reception to obtain a frypan and spatula.
− Lack of implements in the kitchen. Also no instructions about how to engage the cooktop. Small switch underneath the upper cupboards. Again I had to contact reception

Filthy doona slept in.
5.0The location was good. The room looked clean until I made the bed next day just before check out.
− The doona was filthy. The sheets were looking clean. I felt sick how dirty it was as per photo. Multiple stains and a blood stain.🤮
