− Car park was tight and my car received damage squeezing out. No hand wash in bathroom. Only one pillow per person and was paper thin. Kept hitting head on headboard. View out the window was pure brick wall. Travel between car park and foyer was convoluted and very difficult to carry luggage up.
Great value for money with good location

− - noise (you could hear people walking and talking in the corridors and someone walking around in high heels in the room above at all hours) - thin blankets, it's gotten pretty cold at night if you wanted to sleep without the heating blasting
