9.0The room was perfect for what we needed. I wasn't sure about the location at first, but it was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and bars. I shout out to the man who checked us it. Super helpful, attentive and remembered us when he saw us. Amazing how the small thing makes such a difference.

− The room was shabby. One of the sliding doors to one of the bedrooms was very heavy so may have been off its track. Cupboard doors didn’t fit properly and the bathroom door had water damage.
